Why did you choose your major?
Last year during finals I got a call saying my grandpa (PawPaw) was in an emergency brain surgery after he had fallen and received a Subdural Hematoma. He spent a few days in ICU and a few in a regular room before he was moved to Baptist Health Rehab Center where he started therapy.  When he started therapy he didn't have the normal motor skills we take for granted like little hand movements, sitting up, and definitely not standing up, walking, or talking on his own. After three weeks in the rehab center he made incredible improvements and didn't even need his walker to get around, which is basically unheard of (but he is a baller and the most awesome person I know) so he got to go home.  After seeing how physical therapy helped my grandpa in such a short amount of time, attending therapy with him, and seeing the relationships that are developed between the therapist and the patient made me want to help people in the future like they helped my grandpa!

What has been your favorite part about Alpha Chi?
Meeting my awesome little Miranda Garner!!! We actually met at a 5 Seconds of Summer concert in Atlanta the day before we moved to Auburn.  We sat right beside each other at sound check trying to see over sista girl's afro in front of us and totally bonded over our love for the hot lead singer Luke Hemmings (he is so attractive).  Then what do you know, she goes Alpha Chi and our bond over concerts, lead singers, and all things music continues to grow until she becomes my little!  It's so fun having a little that I know will never judge me when I cry over the way Luke sings a line in Vapor (buy Sounds Good Feels Good on iTunes), or when Mayday Parade sings Terrible Things and the guitar hits me right in the soul.  I don't say love a lot, but I love that I found someone just like me in Alpha Chi!
What has been your favorite memory at Auburn?
Oooooo easy one... This year I got to go on the field before the Ole Miss game and the Iron Bowl and it was seriously one of my favorite experiences.  Being the football fanatic that I am, which a lot of people know because they hear me yelling during the games, going on the field and getting to see all the players warming up was so cool.  Not to mention Cam Newton walked right by me when I was down there and we made eye contact and fireworks flew.  I got to pump up the team, or at least I think I was pumping them up idk, and I said some words, like "break a leg" to Laquan Treadwell (whoops), to the opposing teams players that made them a little nervous just to give us an edge for the game (we'll get em next year Tigers).  The best part was I got to do all of my fangirling with my dad which was so fun because we both love Auburn football!

If you could have dinner with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
John F. Kennedy- that way I could tell him how attractive I think he is and get it off my chest.  Also, I could ask him to send some signs to a younger Kennedy that we should get married because how cute is the name Cassidy Kennedy honestly?
Since you're our resident concert junkie, how many concerts have you attended? What is one band or artist you haven't seen in concert that you want to see?
I'm not sure I could actually count all of the concerts I've gone to but I can say a rough estimate would be.... around 50 ish ranging from Mayday Parade, All Time Low, The Maine, Pierce the Veil, We the Kings, Tonight Alive (I recommend seeing all of them live), to all the country artists' that come to Auburn and Arkansas, to One Direction, 5SOS, The 1975, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Nick Jonas, The Weeknd, The Fray, Demi Lovato, etc.  I'm not actually including my nerdy times where I saw Hannah Montana, The Cheetah Girls, and Jonas Brothers because those were just the beginning of an unhealthy obsession with concerts.  Actually this summer I am going to see Def Leppard, Coldplay, 5SOS (a couple of times) and hopefully I can go see Paul McCartney and go to Warped Tour. I just love a good concert where I can dance around and sing at the top of my lungs and no one judges you for it because they are just as excited to be there as you are!!
If I could see any artist live it would have to be Chris Brown, Trey Songz, and Usher all together just belting some R&B.  Let's be honest here we all know why thats a dream team for a concert!!
