What have you been involved in at Auburn? What has been your favorite?
From serving on the College Republicans executive board freshman year, to directing an SEC leadership conference, to serving as a senator for the Harbert College of Business, to interning with the Auburn IMG Sports Marketing team, my time has been filled with incredible opportunities that have taught me a lot of myself and brought me some of the best friends I could ask for. Every experience came at the most perfect time in my collegiate career and truly shaped me and provided me with so many valuable lessons. My favorite was directing the SEC Exchange student leadership conference that brought all 14 student governments to Auburn. SEC Exchange sparked my passion for the conference as a whole and my desire to continue to connect and share the stories and traditions that make each school so unique. It gave me so many new friends not only at Auburn, but across the Southeastern Conference who have shown me that we all love our schools in the same passionately intense manner, but that our love just happens to be expressed through different colors and fight songs.

What made you choose your major?
There were really 2 factors in picking marketing: I like people and I like visual presentation. Driving the connection with people through creative avenues has been everything I’ve wanted to do since I can remember. Every aspect of any profession essentially revolves around selling something and I’ve loved selling since my first lemonade business as a 5 year old. Bad marketing can tarnish any good company, while good marketing can inspire so much beyond profitability-plus it’s a load of fun!

Who is your biggest inspiration?
YouTube sensation, Kid President.  And my best friend Sammy Briner because she is employed!!!!!!

What is your favorite Auburn memory?
Fall 2013, absolutely no questions about it. I’d give anything to relive the 4th and 18 catch against UGA or storming the field after the craziest finish in college football history.

What is your favorite Alpha Chi memory?
I can’t narrow it down to one, so my two favorite memories are definitely the bond that’s come through campaign weeks, and living on the hall this semester as “Nana”. Both have brought me closer with other members of Alpha Chi through sleepless nights, hysterical laughter, and the sense of pride that comes in being a part of this chapter. I would have never survived my freshman and sophomore year without older girls who invested in me and loved on me when I was feeling blue. As an upperclassman, it’s been incredibly fun to spread that love and (mine is probably bad) advice down to my little nuggets. Plus, who doesn’t love being nicknamed the old and senile grandmother- the Sophs keep me young.

What made you choose to come to Auburn?
Growing up in Nashville, my fall Saturday’s were spent at Vanderbilt games (no, I did not grow up an Auburn fan) and I knew that I wanted to go to an SEC school. I also knew that I wanted my collegiate experience to put me outside of my comfort zone so I drew a 250 mile radius from my house and didn’t look at anywhere within that. It came down to Auburn, Georgia, and Ole Miss. When I came to tour Auburn, my experience was different than the others. I felt like I would be so much more than just another tuition check and that I would be able to flourish and grow best here. And of course Toomer’s Lemonade didn’t hurt Auburn’s case.

What advice would you give a younger student during their college experience?
Do what you love regardless of the haters in this world.
